Nashville Properties Limited has the capacity to build 1Million Housing Units in its housing project tagged 1MAN 1HOUSE Housing project with the aims and objectives of providing affordable and quality housing for the low income earner and increased profit for real estate contractors. Experienced and capable contractors are needed to take up real estate housing units jobs in the 1Man 1House Housing Project, currently earmarked to kick off from Abuja, Lagos, Enugu and port Harcourt in Nigeria..
We are outsourcing real estate jobs to large, medium and small sized contractors capable of delivering housing units; built to architectural specification and standard.
Small and medium sized contractors can take upto 100 to 1000 housing units while large sized contractors can take upto 1000 to 10,000 housing units.
A contractor should demonstrate a consistent work ethics, capability and passion to achieve a high quality housing units production.

Once your Application is submitted, verified and approved by our team, you will be issued A LETTER OF AWARD stating contract details along with BILL OF QUANTITIES, DRAWINGS and PROTOTYPES.
Then you will be required to raise an APG (ADVANCED PAYMENT GUARANTEE) from your correspondence bank or from STANDARD CHATTERED BANK, to receive initial mobilization/fund to your bank account in five weeks upon submission of your APG. Subsequently, you will be required to move to site to commence work 3 weeks after the receipt of your first Mobilization/Fund. Project completion in is expected in a period of 54 months or depending on the volume of your project. Land Acquisition will be carried out by Nashville properties limited and you will be provided with the land to build in your choice state/country.
You will be required to furnish the supervising officers at every stage of the project execution. Subsequent funding will be available to you after every stage of the program execution.
